As part of the Library Book Presentation Series, we were delighted to host Charles Kupchan, senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and professor of international affairs at Georgetown University, to present his book titled ''Isolationism: A History of America's Efforts to Shield Itself from the World''.
