About the Program
Co-organized by SCALES, the René Cassin Foundation, the Friedrich Naumann Foundation, and the National Human Rights Council (CNDH), this one-week intensive program is dedicated to the study of electoral processes and international human rights law from a comparative and interdisciplinary perspective.

A Unique Academic Space
Bringing together academics and practitioners, the program combines thematic lectures, conferences, seminars, and case studies to develop critical thinking on electoral governance. Particular attention is given to the operational dimension of electoral management and the challenges faced by institutions responsible for ensuring transparent and credible elections.
