Rabha Zeidguy is a Full Professor at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University.

Professor at the Ecole nationale d’administration and at various universities in Morocco and France, from 1984 to 2018. She has been appointed in October 2022 as Member of the National Authority for probity, prevention and fight against corruption.

Pr. Zeidguy was previously Member of the High Counsel for Audiovisual Communication of the High Authority of Audiovisual Communication (HACA), appointed by His Majesty the King, in charge of legal affairs (2011 – 2018); Member of the High Instance of National Dialogue on the Reform of the judiciary (May 2012-June 2013); Secretary General of the Central Instance for the Prevention of Corruption (ICPC) (2008-2011); Director of Administrative reform at the Ministry of the Modernization of Public Sectors (2005-2008)
– namely in charge of implementing the PARAP with the support of the World Bank, EU and ADB, aiming at modernizing human resources management in the public sector; Head of the Department of Legal and Administrative Affairs, in charge of international cooperation, at CDVM – Morocco’s market authority (1996-2002); Board member at CDVM (2002-2015); Internships Director at the National School of Public Administration (1992-1993).

Her fields of interest include issues related to business law, regulation, public governance, integrity, and gender.
