Objectifs du cours / Course objectives
This course analyses the emergence of the European continent as a cultural, geopolitical, economic and cultural entity. It aims to t offer students the opportunity to improve their knowledge of Europe in the light of the broad spectrum of cultures, economic system, and world politics. The course will focus on the different perspectives on several issues arising from these different perspectives, and to view Europe within a wider international and global perspective with particular reference to the Euro-Mediterranean dimension.
